- No exam preparation - I do not prepare students for English proficiency exams.
- No formal teaching credentials - While I do not hold formal teaching qualifications, my language instruction is grounded in native English fluency, extensive practical tutoring experience, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

One-to-One Tutoring:
60-minute lessons
- STARTER Package: €100.00 (or €125.00*)/month, includes one (1) weekly lesson slot.
- MOMENTUM Package: €188.00 (or €235.00*)/month, includes two (2) weekly lesson slots.
Small Group Classes (2-5 students):

60-minute lessons
- STARTER Package: €80.00 (or €100.00*)/month, includes one (1) weekly lesson slot.
- MOMENTUM Package: €150.40 (or €188.00*)/month, includes two (2) weekly lesson slots.
90-minute lessons
- STARTER Package: €100.00 (or €125.00*)/month, includes one (1) weekly lesson slot.
- MOMENTUM Package: €188.00 (or €235.00*)/month, includes two (2) weekly lesson slots.
- Final prices stated - no additional taxes or VAT charges
- Full payment required in advance.

Flexible Commitment:
- Our ongoing tutoring agreement continues indefinitely through monthly lesson packages.
- At the completion of each package, you choose whether to purchase additional lessons.
- No obligation to buy future packages - you decide based on your progress and needs.
- Natural completion points allow you to pause or finish your studies at any time.
Additional Costs:
All structured lessons follow commercially available curriculum and require a textbook and optional workbook (not included in lesson pricing).

English Language Tutoring Services Agreement
Contract Conclusion:
- The English Tutoring Services Agreement is concluded on payment of your first invoiced amount, under the Slovak Consumer Protection Act No. 108/2024 Coll and Civil Code Law 40/1964.
Termination Policy:
- Either party may terminate the tutoring agreement at any time by providing 3 working days written notice by email.
- Following termination by notice any unspent payments will be refunded to your account without delay.
Your Rights & Protections
- 14 Day Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days after concluding our agreement to withdraw for any reason with a full refund which will be returned to your account without delay.
- Service Quality Assurance: I am committed to providing professional tutoring services as described on this website, and in the General Terms and Conditions - English Language Tutoring Services Agreement . If you believe my service delivery does not meet the agreed standards, you have legal rights to seek remediation.
- Complaint Procedure: Service concerns can be raised directly with me, in writing, at complaints@eastwoodenglish.com or by contacting the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority if needed.
- Resolution Timeline: Service delivery concerns will typically be acknowledged, in writing, on the same or next business day following receipt. I commit to processing and resolving all service complaints as soon as possible within the 30 day maximum provided for by Slovak law.
