Under the Slovak Consumer Protection Act 108/2024 Coll, you (the TUTEE) have the right to withdraw from the English Language Tutoring Services Agreement within 14 days of contract conclusion without stating reasons and without penalty. If you have not waived your right to withdrawal, you (the TUTEE) may withdraw by completing and submitting this form within 14 days of concluding the contract. As stated in the General Terms and Conditions English Language Tutoring Services, the English Language Tutoring Services Agreement is concluded in the moment of receiving of the first full payment at the TUTOR'S bank account. ONLY COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU WISH TO WITHDRAW FROM THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TUTORING SERVICES AGREEMENT.
